Registration and ordering can be realized through the Internet, email, or directly contacting our travel expert representatives by phone. It is recommended to confirm with us by phone before ordering the West Coast and Yellowstone Park itineraries. We accept not only credit cards and Paypal payments, but also bank transfers and checks. At the same time, for the convenience of customers in mainland China, you can pay directly in RMB through Alipay. We also accept bank transfers within China.
(a) If you submit a reservation and make a successful online payment via credit card or Paypal/Alipay, the system will automatically generate a reservation form. You will receive the itinerary confirmation letter (if you need to pick up the airport) or the group participation voucher within one to four working days. In this group participation certificate, we will provide all the detailed information of your group departure, including the departure time, itinerary, hotel confirmation, airport pick-up and emergency contact number, etc.

After your order is completed, we will send you an email and confirm your purchase by sending an itinerary confirmation letter or a group voucher within 3-4 working days.
